Philcorn Business Enterprises is a 100% Black Woman owned Company. The Company is based in Polokwane Limpopo Province. It was established on 2007.07.23
In order for the company to meet the prevailing challenges in the construction, the management engaged herself in the Training industry with the government parastatal SACPCMP (The South African for the Project and Construction Management Professions).
To ensure best delivery to our clients as well as beneficiaries, we engaged the services, expertise and experience of individuals who are poised to execute projects to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Philcorn Business Enterprises is poised to transform the monopoly in the industry. It will utilize the skills, expertise and experience of its team members in order to give accessible, affordable, professional, proficient, cost-effective, timeous, friendly and personal service to its clients across the spectrum.
Mission
To give meaning to legislation to and government policies that regulates the alleviation of poverty to all South Africans by encouraging participation of the previously disadvantaged in the building of the economy of the country through the provision of information technology services and solutions its clients services.

In order to be in line with the government policies and Constitution, Philcorn Business Enterprises is poised to lose the gap/Discrepancy that was previously created towards the disabled – hence the inclusion of two different skilled ladies
Upon realizing the basic needs and priorities in our country, Philcorn Business Enterprise identified the demand, need and market for the following requirements.
